He has led 30+ executive search mandates across private equity-backed businesses in the DACH region and the UK, with a sector focus on technology, professional and financial services, and consumer goods. His work combines rigorous search methodology with deep market insight - placing leaders who don't just fit the role, but move the business forward.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner specializing in executive search and leadership advisory. With over eight years of experience across Europe and Africa, he combines expertise in finance, business development, and talent strategy to build high-impact leadership pipelines. He has supported fundraising and investment activities exceeding €90 million across private debt, equity, and grant financing, collaborating with institutional investors, family offices, and impact funds focused on emerging markets.
